My Red Boots
I have a new pair of red garden boots. What makes these boots special is that they are light in weight. I do not know about you; but I love having dry feet and a way of protecting my legs from the grasses, insects and water, while I garden. Most of all what I love is not being worn out from lifting my feet while I am outside gardening in the rain or the sun. I have had the greatest boots, I really enjoyed my old boots, and of course I have worn them out.
Planning for Spring
This is the perfect month to get your garden organized for spring. As most gardeners realize it is how organized you are in caring for your garden that affects the time it takes in the care taking of a garden. In reading a book called “Caring for Perennials”, by Janet Macunovich. She did a time line in the care of a garden plot. Breaking the time into the amount of minutes spent for a set area as well as the important months to concentrate. I learned a lot from her and enjoyed the book. I have implemented what she suggested.
