Addendum to my note
December 16, 2011I have an addendum to my note on my hunt for the grow bag. I received a letter this afternoon from Scotts. They were sorry that I could not find the Mirical-Gro Gro Bag. Then goes on to suggest that I use the larger bag that they offer. It is apparent that they do not understand the convenience of using the smaller bag.
It is corporate thinking we are all giants and can handle large items. It is the same when I go to the grocery store. I can purchase 10# of $3.98 or.99 for one. The same for meat 5 pounds of meat for a reasonable amount or a fortune for a small amount to feed 2 people.
They totally ignored my wanting a light weight bag that could be carried more easily by an older person. I do not have help to call on. Whatever my friends and I want to do needs to be light in weight.
Well I might have a solution, it might be more reasonable and as soon as I find out I will tell you.
